ARCHITECTURE:
WCM is a rules based environment that
efficiently manages work in manual work centers and
provides a platform for continuous efficiency improvement
and reduction of work item handling costs.
This capability enables WCM to be flexible
enough to be quickly deployed in a number of different
scenarios, while minimizing the customization efforts
required for any specific application. WCM can therefore
become the standard Work Center Environment of a Communications
Service Provider regardless of the Enterprise size,
geography, type of service supported, etc.
WCM is built using Service Oriented
Architecture (SOA) with Services that are sub-processes,
functions and capabilities specific to WCM.
Technology Used
